Forging ahead towards the second half of the year
UDA held the work promotion meeting of"welcoming the grand event,forging loyalty,strengthening responsibility and creating achievement",and strictly implemented the general requirements of"preventing the epidemic,stabilizing the economy,and ensuring the safety of development".Benchmarking the yearly goals and working hard to implement them,UDA is fighting for the third quarter and forging ahead towards the second half of the year with“six enhancements”to welcome the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China with excellent performance!
Six enhancements
First,enhance investment attraction.
Enrich the ways of investment attraction,and actively explore new investment attraction modes such as industrial chain investment attraction,capital investment attraction,talent investment attraction,and platform investment attraction.Meanwhile,we will focus on introducing high-quality projects in Beijing and accelerate the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
Second,enhance industrial ecology.
Based on improving the"1+N"industry support policy system,a special class for policy formulation was established to study and issue supporting policies for leading industries,and special policies for state-owned enterprises,equity investment,and"chain ownership",etc.We will accelerate the establishment of an industrial investment and financing service platform,establish a"1+4"industrial guidance fund through the"FOF+sub-fund"approach,invest in a number of pre-IPO companies and innovative enterprises for science and technology,and support them to become bigger and stronger.
Third,enhance project management
Speed up the project procedures,strengthen construction project management,and carry out the investigation of projects under construction and the"daily scheduling"mechanism for key projects and important tasks.Moreover,we promote the coordination and resolution of various problems,further improve the efficiency of project approval,and facilitate the projects construction.
Fourth,enhance the scientific and technological innovation
Fully implement the innovation driven strategy,promote the technical achievements transformation,constantly optimize the talent cultivation ecology,speed up the cultivation of innovation subjects,accelerate the construction of innovation carriers,continuously cultivate the specialized and new,the initiative,the innovative and the technological leading enterprises,and promote commercialization of scientific and research findings for a better innovation development of the park industry.
Fifth,enhance the business environment
Combining the work of"enterprise rescue for the stable economy"with the annual activity of"business environment optimization",we will constantly innovate service forms,expand the service scope for enterprises,and support high-quality development with high-level service.We will also strengthen support for inventory enterprises,and fully implement various policies of the central government,Tianjin municipality,and Wuqing District to stabilize the overall economy.
Sixth,enhance the Party leadership
