The"New Drug Technology Transfer Commando"of Tianjin Chase Sun Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.was established in 2018 and consists of 29 key members of R&D,transformation,production,and quality systems.With the goal of realizing the company\'s new products,the commando team takes overcoming difficulties as its own responsibility,and always fights in the front line of technical research and production construction.It has successively won the“Wuqing District Worker Pioneer”in 2018 and the“Tianjin Worker Pioneer”in 2020.
At the beginning of 2020,the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia broke out.Chase Sun Pharmaceutical\'s"Xuebijing Injection"was included in the"Diagnosis and Treatment Program of the New Coronavirus Infected Pneumonia"by National Health Council and National Administration of Chinese Medicine,and became a must-have item designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.In the face of the severe epidemic situation and the urgent need for medication,the commando voluntarily gave up the Spring Festival holiday,organized and coordinated with multiple departments to work together,and worked at full capacity,rolling production in multiple batches 24 hours a day,to ensure the supply of clinical medication.“According to the epidemic prevention requirements at the time,we had limited personnel in work resumption.In the worst case,9 people were responsible for the workload of 21 people.It was really tiring and hard,but no one was complaining.Everyone was doing their best to ensure drug production.”recalled Gong Li,the director of the preparation department of Xuebijing Building.
Reducing the cost of medicines for the people and improving the availability of medicines are the goals that Chase Sun Pharmaceutical has always adhered to,and it is also the direction that the commandos follow in their work.During the development of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection,the commando team carried out a large number of experimental studies to standardize product technology transfer.With the unremitting efforts of everyone,it was approved in February 2020.Chase Sun became the first domestic company to pass the consistency evaluation.The quality and efficacy of the new drug are the same as the original one,but the price is greatly reduced.Under the severe epidemic prevention situation,the commandos led the front-line employees to work overtime and overcome difficulties.In the shortest time,the mass production of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection was completed in March 2020.

During the fight against the epidemic,Tianjin Novogene,as one of the first large-scale nucleic acid testing institutions for the new coronavirus in Tianjin,put itself into the challenge state at the first time,and went all out to contribute scientific and technological strength to the epidemic prevention and control.Its self-developed SPH570 automatic cup processing system plays an important role in nucleic acid detection.Compared with the throughput of manual operation,the throughput of it is increased by nearly 20 times,which greatly improves the sample processing speed and detection ability,and greatly meets the nucleic acid detection needs of large-scale people.Since the outbreak,the company has participated in anti-epidemic drills in Tianjin,undertaken a large number of nucleic acid testing tasks in Qingdao,Binhai New Area,Shijiazhuang,Xingtai,Wuqing District and other places,and made important contributions to building a safety net for epidemic prevention and control.

In March 2018,Jia Pu separated his four-year-old child and his parents who were in their 60s.With the support of his family,he went to the only provincial-level contiguous poverty-stricken area in the country-Chamdo,Tibet,to carry out aid work in Tibet.The average altitude of Chamdo City is 3,700 meters.In the face of the impact of altitude sickness,he carried forward the spirit of“the lack of oxygen doesn’t lead to the lack of spirit,and hardworking without lowering the standard”,went to the front line of poverty alleviation,conducted in-depth research,formulated systems,and won funds.He has successfully applied for three support projects for Chamdo City,attracted about 6 million yuan of funds,organized 11 grass-roots technical trainings,and trained nearly 4,000 cadres and masses.He also introduced“the third-level innovation and entrepreneurial talent project of the autonomous region”proposed by professor Hu Xiangzheng of Tianjin University of Science and Technology to provide about 40 jobs to poor households who have established files and cards,helping local poverty alleviation with practical actions.He was awarded the title of“Excellent Tibet Aid Cadre Talent”by the Tibet Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People\'s Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region.

In 2020,the group transferred all the orders of 100,000 units of more than 200 models from the US factory to China.All BYD staff withstood the pressure,faced difficulties,actively cooperated with new product measurement,new equipment debugging,new tooling trial.It successfully completed the project transfer 2 months ahead of schedule,added 20 jobs.The order was handed over to the customer in a timely manner,which was highly praised by the group leadership and highly recognized by the customer and the market.
