Wuqing Development Area Solidly Carried out Themed Education and Practice Activities
Themed with“to welcome the grand meeting,to build high fidelity,to strengthen great responsibilities,to achieve wonderful achievements,”the themed learning,publicity,education and practice activities(hereinafter referred to as The Activities)have been carried out.Wuqing Development Area conscientiously implemented the requirements of the municipal committee and district committee,which regarded The Activities as the most important political assignments,so to solidly promote the development of other assignments.
I.Organize and plan carefully
i.Unify thoughts to set up a theatrical troupe
A leading group of The Activities was set up,taking Secretary of the Party Committee of Development Area as the chairman,and other members as vice chairmen.An office was set up under the leading group,which was responsible for management,organization,supervision and inspection,as well as the job instruction.
ii.overall planning and interconnection to offer advice
Focusing on the practical situation,the work program of The Activities of Development Area were made and printed,which overall planned and combined ten key tasks of The Activities as well as the priority assignments of Development Area,so to plan,deploy,promote and implement together.
iii.Mobilization and deployment to direct the ways
The motivation meeting of The Activities were organized through offline and online forms.More than 150 people participated,including secretaries and party workers of Development Area,so to arrange and deploy the specific tasks,put forward the definite requirements,as well as call upon all Party cadres to implement and apply with high standards,strict requirements and no discount.
II.Develop themed learning and education
i.Carry out education and publicity
While learning the“Party Discipline”of Constitution of the Communist Party of China,the warning-themed education conference of“abiding by discipline and law strictly,building high fidelity,strengthening great responsibilities,achieving wonderful achievements”was held,so to build a solid dam of thought for all party members and cadres,enhance the awareness of honest and upright,and create a good ecology of clean atmosphere and entrepreneurship.
ii.Organize themed learning.
Central group and all primary Party branches were organized to read and study the original text,and a deep learning on Constitution of the Communist Party of China,Speech at a Ceremony Marking the Centenary of the Communist Party of China,Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century was held.All Party cadres were enhanced with the ideological consciousness,political consciousness and action consciousness to firmly defend the establishment of both Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and firmly uphold Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and uphold the Central Committee’s authority and its centralized,unified leadership.
iii.Promote theme seminars and exchanges
“Work tips”were issued,so to require each primary Party branch to hold theme seminars and exchanges with the form of expectant Party branch meeting on the basis of theme learning,exchange feelings and experiences combined with practical situation,check problems of their own,and make clear the further direction of efforts and measures to rectify and reform.
III.Enrich and expand the form of activities
i.Review the Party admission oath
The forms of Party day was enriched,themed with“stay true to its original aspiration of Chinese Dream,great achievement will be made by Development Area”,all party cadres participated the activity of“making oath under the Party Flag”,reviewed the Party admission oath,received the baptism of party spirits,strengthened the constant fidelity and faith to Party.
ii.Conduct the online knowledge contest
A knowledge contest for all Party cadres was held in Development Area,themed with“welcoming the grand meeting,building high fidelity,gaining a passion of working and enjoying a great health”,which combined knowledge and interest as a whole.All party cadres scanned the code via WeChat and selected question cards randomly for online answering,so to promote learning through competition,strengthen the theoretical armament of party members and cadres and solid the foundation of thoughts in a further way.
iii.Make a good use of red heritages
Red education activities were blended into theme Party day and actively made a connection with red heritages inside and outside Wuqing District.With the ways of complementary positions and branches co-construction,all Party cadres were led and educated to remember the glorious history,pass on the red gene,and extend the spirits of all communists.
IV.Deepen the practice activities of“deliver solid outcomes to people’s concerns”
i.Continuously develop support business.
The standing book of“pairing up as relatives and support each other frequently”was carefully recorded,so to compact the responsibilities of Party cadres and make clear the plan of support business.Before anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,make sure 7 difficult villages will be looked into,46 difficult families will be visited and condoled for at least two rounds,so to solve problems for difficult people solidly.Rearrange and reorganize the connection points of primary Party branches in order to make sure four aspects will be implemented:policy publicity and explanation can be grasped,opinions and suggestion can be received,practical difficulties can be solved,development can be led by Party building.
ii.Continuously develop activities of“learning Party history,strengthening service,solving problems,and promoting development”.
Schemes were made successively to help difficult companies and support market entities development,as well as to provide service on visiting and the investigation.“List-based”close-loop management process was set up to receive problems,distribute,process and feedback on problems,which help difficult companies implement 13 policies and solve 511 problems in various sorts.Employment platform was set up,themed with“recruitment in spring time”,11 live streaming recruitments were organized,which provided 5158 positions.
iii.Continuously provide volunteer services.
Five volunteer activities were organized,themed with“Wuqing is our family,so the construction relies on each family member”.All Party cadres and volunteers came to the Shangqingwan community of Yang Village,handed out publicity materials to people,popularized knowledge of civilization,and cleaned public areas like roads and stairways of the community.In addition,senior citizens who lived alone were visited while these voluntary activities,so to implement active actions on helping the elderly,which can call on all people to build a civilized district and construct a better home together.
