Wuqing Development Zone: Carry Service Innovation through to the End!

On April 15, Wuqing Development Zone held the third online meeting to introduce preferential policies about human resources and social welfare, which was attended by HR managers from more than 80 enterprises.

Relevant officials from Supervision Office of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wuqing District, Registration Office of Wuqing Sub Center of Tianjin Social Insurance Fund Management Center, and Integrated Service Office of Wuqing Management Center of Tianjin Housing Provident Management Center were invited to introduce the policies about labor security supervision, registration information change, the floating rate of work-related injury payment and the policies related to housing provident fund and took questions raised by attendees from enterprises in detail. After the meeting, the HR managers suggested that a lot of difficulties and doubts in their daily work were resolved on the meeting, which was essentially helpful for their HR management works in future.

“In order to really help enterprises standardize their labor employment procedures, reduce employment costs and make full use of relevant preferential policies, we built a website to collect problems and difficulties that need to be resolved from enterprises. This measure not only improved the work efficiency through taking the difficulties and problems enterprises face directly to relevant officials, but also built up a \'connection bridge\' between the development zone and the enterprises. In future, we will continue to optimize and upgrade our services to promote the high-quality development of enterprises!” an official in charge of Wuqing Development Zone said.
