At this rosy moment of bidding farewell to the old days and greeting the new year,Wuqing Development Zone would like to extend its congratulations and most sincere New Year’s greetings to the party committees and governments at all levels,companies and employees of enterprises stationed in the park,friends from all walks of life,retired comrades in the park,all cadres,employees and their families who have always cared and backed up development and construction of the park.
After three decades of development,Wuqing Development Zone will adhere to the leadership of party-building,the main line of transformation and upgrading,and the impetus of reform and innovation in 2021,and make leak-frog strides toward the goal of creating a first-class national economic and technological development zone.In 2021,it was named one of the top 100 national biomedical industrial parks and top 100 national advanced manufacturing parks,and it joined the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Economic and Technological Development Zone\'s innovation and reform cooperative alliance for improving the business environment.
We\'ve been aiming for and tracking the standard for the past year,reaffirming our belief in\'two maintenance.\'We\'ve taken a firm stance on politics,emphasized political leadership,and consistently applied the"two safeguards"in all reform,development,and stability efforts.The study and implementation of Xi Jinping\'s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has been strengthened and put into practice,the study and education of party history has been intensified,and the overall planning of pandemic prevention and control,as well as economic and social development,has seen significant progress.
We\'ve built our confidence,put in hard work,and pushed to be first in the last year,and we\'ve made consistent economic growth.It is estimated to generate 2.35 billion yuan in general budgetary revenue,with total industrial output valued at 47.3 billion yuan,fixed asset investment of 15 billion yuan,and wholesale and retail sales of 57.7 billion yuan.
We have seized chances,made specific efforts,and created advances in investment promotion during the last year.We\'ve aggressively integrated into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy layout,introducing 55 Beijing projects including Fufeng Intelligent Equipment and Lingding Technology.We\'ve showcased 10 state-owned businesses,listed firms,and unicorn initiatives like TBEA and Chunzhong Technology,with a focus on leading and supporting large-scale projects.Throughout the year,309 high-quality projects were announced,with a total investment of 7.02 billion yuan.
We\'ve kept up with the times in the last year,made expansion and investment and expedited the conversion of old and new dynamics.We added 30 national high-tech enterprises,135 national science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,85 municipal-level eagle enterprises,12 gazelle enterprises,and 5 municipal-level science and technology leading enterprises over the course of the year;462 district-level ABC talents were identified,and district-level talent awards totaled 14,874,300 yuan.We prioritized critical themes last year,unleashed potential,and the industrial ecosystem continues to improve.In order to strengthen industrial synergy and guide the accelerated clustering of high-end resources,we established the Tianjin Intelligent Rail Transportation Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance,Tianjin Rail Transportation Innovation Institute,Biomedical Industry Innovation Alliance,and Pan-Human Resources Industry Alliance,all with a focus on the leading industrial clusters.
The year 2022 marks a critical year for implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan and is a key year for Wuqing Development Zone to compile a new chapter omarking high-quality development from a new starting point.Wuqing Development Zone will continue to adhere to the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee as guidance,conscientiously implement the central decision and deployment and the work requirements of the municipal party committee under the strong leadership of the district party committee and the district government,and strive to build an"open and synergistic innovation hub-a low-carbon,smart and happy city".
