Since commencement of party history learning and education,Wuqing Development Zone has been insititng on taking the practical activity of"I do practical things for the masses"as the starting point and ending point of party history learning and education.Through on-site visits and discussions,and by listening to the voice of enterprises face-to-face,"Solving Problems and Promoting Development"special service activities(hereinafter referred to as"special service"activities)help enterprises work out issues.Up to now,team members have led heads of relevant departments to visit 151 enterprises and assist enterprises to solve 77 practical problems.
To effectively carry out the"special service"activities,the park has established a special activity leading group headed by the main leaders to formulate detailed activity plans,service enterprise flow charts,contact lists of responsible departments,list of liaison personnel of various departments,and outlines of enterprise research and visits.During the visit service,it roundly grasped the situation and needs of enterprises in investment and financing,project construction,labor security,formalities,policies and regulations,enterprise cooperation,technological innovation and so on,focused on urgent issues and anticipated needs of enterprises,and truly delivered accurate services to enterprises.

To tackle difficulty in recruitment raised by many enterprises,the special service activity working group immediately summed up the situation,connected with relevant departments,and broadened the recruitment channels of enterprises.In the meantime,in terms of implementing policies at all levels,it has redressed more than 30 common questions for enterprises."Through the matchmaking in the park,we have successfully contacted human resources service agencies and colleges and universities,and the recruitment of technical posts and interns has been effectively resolved,"said the relevant person in charge of Gestamp.
Furthermore,since the start of the power demand response and orderly power consumption work of industrial enterprises in the development zone,the park has taken the initiative to visit and supervise services through"special service"activities,contacted and dispatched more than 150 enterprises to implement the power balance in the district,implemented response to demands and orderly power dispatching arrangement by power balance headquarter in the district,carried out hierarchical management of power consumption enterprises,formulated effective countermeasures,and solved urgent needs for production enterprises and projects under construction in order to ensure the power balance.
