On September 22, Wang Lijun, Secretary of the District Party Committee, led a delegate to visit Tianjin Nuohe Zhiyuan Biological Information Technology Co., Ltd., Traffic Control Technology Equipment Co., Ltd., and Tieke Zongheng (Tianjin) Technology Development Co., Ltd. to grasp production and operation of the company and to organize and hold a symposium. They listened to coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and challenges of the enterprise, and put forward specific requirements for follow-up jobs.

On the morning of September 29, the inaugural meeting of Tianjin Intelligent Rail Transit Research Institute, also the "Innovation Leading Development • Smart Empowering the Future" Intelligent Rail Transit Innovation and Development Forum was held in our district. Lu Chunfang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and chairman of the China Railway Society, delivered a special speech. Zhang Jinsheng, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Civil Service Bureau, delivered a speech. District Party Secretary Wang Lijun attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
II. Coordinated Development

On September 18th, a one-day industrial development training meeting was convened in the District. Staffs from relevant departments of Wuqing Development Zone and Gaocun Science and Technology Innovation Park participated the meeting; Wuqing Development Zone’s cooperative parks including Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps New Building Materials Economic Technology, Investment Promotion Department of the Development Zone, the investment promotion team of major group enterprises of the 11th Division of the XPCC, and investment promotion department of Shahe Town Industrial Park of Wutuan Group participated via the video link.

On September 18, establishment ceremony of the Investment Promotion Office of Xinjiang Corps New Building Materials Economic and Technological Development Zone in Tianjin Wuqing Economic and Technological Development Zone Co., Ltd. was held in Wuqing Development Zone.

On September 28th, Investment Promotion and Industrial Cooperation Symposium of Jingning County and Jingchuan County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province was held at Saide Business Conference Center in Wuqing Development Zone. Relevant responsible members of the Rural Revitalization Bureau of Pingliang City, Jingning County and Jingchuan County of Gansu Province, relevant responsible members of Wuqing District Development and Reform Commission, Agricultural Committee, Wuqing Development Zone, and representatives of more than 10 enterprises in Wuqing Development Zone participated in the event.
II. Pandemic Control

On September 12, following requirements of the Municipal Prevention and Control Headquarter, Wuqing District carried out large-scaled COVID-19 nucleic acid testing and screening for all faculty, staff, students and other staffs (including third-party staffs) of Tiens University. As of now, 11,205 screening people have been tested for nucleic acid, and the results are all negative.

To further strengthen prevention and control of covid-19 during processing, loading and unloading, transportation, storage and sales of imported goods, we will viably implement joint control on ‘people’ and ‘objects’. On September 22, Wuqing Development Zone held a training meeting for prevention and control of imported goods. Guo Junli, Deputy Director of Wuqing District Bureau of Commerce, and Yan Wenjie, Deputy General Manager of Wuqing Development Zone presented the meeting. A total of 40 related work grid staffs in Wuqing Development Zone. More people participated int he meeting.
IV. Party-building

To further promote "doing practical things for the masses" activities, and perform activities on"pairing, acknowledging relatives, and offering help to each other", Wuqing Development Zone organized 136 party members for in-depth pairing assistance on September 18 and visited households of poor people in the village to send "Mid-Autumn Festival" and "National Day" pre-holiday condolences with warm greetings and holiday blessings. Being presented as well.

To thoroughly study and put into force the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s "July 1st" speech, and to promote continuous and in-depth development of party history learning and education, Wuqing Development Zone organized more than 20 party members to visit Tianjin Art Museum on the afternoon of September 23. The theme archives documentary exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "exhibition") inspired party members to carry forward the glorious tradition and to pass down their red bloodline.

On the afternoon of September 27, the special training session on "Beijing Stock Exchange IPO Listing Conditions and Practice Review Points" was held at the Saide Business Conference Center in Wuqing Development Zone. On the eve of "Teacher\'s Day" on September 10, Wuqing Development Zone Trade Union, Women\'s Federation, and Youth League Working Committee jointly organized an award-winning online solicit activity themed ‘i have words for teachers’. It heartened people to use video, audio, and text to voice their respect and gratitude to the teachers and attracted a total of 70 submissions.

To celebrate the 72nd anniversary of founding of the People’s Republic of China, at noon on September 28th, the Federal Trade Union, the Youth League Working Committee, and the Women Federation of the Zone jointly organized a flower arrangement activity with the theme of "Paying Tributes to the Country under the Red Banner". More than 300 trade union members joined the event.

To celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and to further promote study and education of party history, Wuqing Development Zone recently held an online prize-answering activity with the theme of ‘Celebrating Birthday of the National Day and Trumpet Rosy Prospects Together". 28,710 people were involved and their zeal on learning new Chinese history was aroused.
