In the first half of this year,Wuqing Development Zone hewed to the new development concept,focused on industrial development,attached close attention to clustering,precision,specialization,and directory-based investment promotion,and commenced the\'strongest voice\'in investment promotion.It produced a dazzling‘performance sheet’by introducing 113 projects with an aggregate input of 3.764 billion Yuan.
To start with,it empowered congregated and high-quality development by expanding its investment.It introduced 4 Global Fortune 500 companies,Top 500 private companies and listed companies including China Communications First Public Bureau and TBEA Supply Chain Headquarters;7 foreign investment projects including Schaeffler and French ECM industrial furnace.Then,it intensively cultivated resources and actively promoted Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.It introduced 14 high-quality Beijing-based projects including Chunde Electronics and Shuimu Future.Thirdly,it highlighted key points and accelerated development of leading industries.It introduced 15 biomedical projects such as Fahrenheit Medicine and Xiangxin Medical Equipment;28 smart technology projects such as AUBO Robots and Tieke Zhixin Rail Equipment;43 modern service industry projects such as Puyun Culture Media and Hongquan Smart Archives.
In its upcoming step,Wuqing Development Zone will take\'five major innovation platforms\'as its seizure,and with demands for industrial landing as orientation,it is to vigorously expand undertaking carriers and promote congregated and fusion development of industries.First,it is to formulate a string of policies to support high-quality development of the industry following development needs of leading industries and by revolving upon industry cultivation,scientific and technological talents and profit growth.Second,it is to actively build application scenarios and carry out enterprise docking services to help enterprises expand markets.Third,it is to give play to the guiding role of the industry fund,build a financial service system in the park,establish a fund service project database,and rev up development of its biomedicine and smart technology industry projects.Fourth,it is to continue to uphold the concept of\'serving others amounting to developing itself’to actively carry out business invitation and enterprise invitation in an attempt to achieve win-win development of parks and enterprises.
