Deployment Convention on Mobilizing Learning and Education of History of the Party Held in Wuqing Development Zone
On the morning of March 19,Wuqing Development Zone convened its deployment convention on mobilizing learning and education of history of the Party to thoroughly learn about the spirit of major speech delivered by President Xi Jinping in the Mobilization Convention on Learning and Education of History of the Party,carefully put into effect various requirements on learning and education of the history of the Party by the municipal committee and the municipal Party,arrange and deploy related work throughout the district,guide Party members and cadres to learn about history for it gives their a rational mind,consolidate their confidence,help them idolize morality and emphasize practice.It was to mobilize all Party cadres to hurl themselves at opening a new pattern on building of‘synergic innovation of portals and ecological sci-tech parks’and celebrate the 100th year anniversary on Party-building.Over 80 people including all members in the leadership team in Wuqing Development Zone,secretaries of all grassroots bodies and performs on Party affairs participated in the convention.
At the convention,Li Fuguo,Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Wuqing Development Zone,emphasized that on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,the development of Party history education is of great significance and would cast a far-reaching clout.Based on the practical situation of Wuqing Development Zone,he put forward key tasks and requirements on learning and education of Party history:First,we must improve the political position and deeply comprehend the great significance of Party history learning and education.We should mull over what we have learned,comprehend what we have mastered and acquired reflections from things we have grasped.We should stick to putting questions as guidance,hunt for gas and wrestle for the keynotes before going for forceful measures to make more staunch building of grassroots Party organizations and Party teams in the Park and thus offer potent guarantee for high-quality development of Wuqing Development Zone in the new era.Second,we must highlight key points and accurately grasp task requirements of Party history learning and education.We should take this study as an important opportunity and a strong motivation for achieving a good start and a good step forward in the"14th Five-Year Plan"of Wuqing Development Zone,educate and guide the majority of party members and cadres to overcome difficulties,move forward bravely,and strive to implement new development concept and promote high quality.Third,we must strengthen organization and leadership and earnestly grasp the responsibility of party history learning and education.We should take Party history learning and education as an important political task,and establish a leading group for party history learning and education in Wuqing Development Zone in an effort to strengthen responsibility transmission,adhere to overall planning,strengthen supervision and inspection,and ensure that learning and education measures are in place,well-implemented and effectively-done.
As regards implementing spirits of this convention,Wei Jiandong,Deputy Manager of Wuqing Development Zone,proposed new requirements:first,we should ensure speedy delivery and implementation,and profoundly acknowledge the major significance of learning and education of Party history.All grassroots Party organizations are required to timely deliver the spirits of the convention and all Party cadres should be navigated to be dedicated to the process.Second,we should focus on the goal and the mission and effectively carry out learning and education among Party members with high qualities guaranteed.Third,we should conflate theories with practice to ensure viable effects on learning and education of Party history.We should make coordination,attach importance to applying what we have learned to practice and convert learning and education to a practical move to hunt for development,wrestle for implementation,enforce real deeds and open a new pattern,all in a bid to make sure that all key tasks are greeted with a good new start and a promising future at the incipient year of the‘14th Five-Year-Plan Initiatives’.
