Second,make clear the industrial tracks.It is to propel adjustment of industrial layout and accelerate building of such featured carriers as‘biological valley’,‘network valley’,‘energy valley’and the like.It is to introduce and congregate over 100 bio-pharmacy programs covering biology,precise medication and smart medical apparatus throughout the year,take in over 100 smart sci-tech programs covering smart track transportation,communication innovation,artificial intelligence and robot,and take in over 50 programs on internet audition and live stream program by online starts.It is to set up industrial input fund reaching 1 billion Yuan in scale and to submit input to over 10 superb programs.It is to quicken building of one academy and one alliance,set up the key platform on joint innovation of research and development of innovative pharmacy and track transportation,and roundly propel building of the bio-industry base.With second-and third-tier headquarters of central enterprises and state-run enterprises as priorities,it is to launch specialized classes for‘one-to-one’program and crank up introduction of resources from Beijing.By taking advantage of talent policies on the district level,it is to make innovation on the operating model of manpower industrial park and take in an upward of 400 high-end industrial talents throughout the year.

Fourth,boost core competitiveness.It is to intensify economic operation and dispatching,ensure sound and speedy growth of major economic indexes,corral strength so supplement shortcomings of business ambience,hasten to build up the industrial promotion centers that are to be up and running within the year,and construct a one-stop corporate service platform marked by sharing of company products and service information.It is to innovate‘secondary development’pattern,introduce professional asset management enterprises and dispose with idle assets with market-based operation.By formulating the countenance policies on upgrade of traditional sectors,it is to propel and navigate traditional sectors to march towards high-notched,smart and green orientation.
