Wuqing Development Zone and Building Material Park of No.11 Division of Xinjiang Corps Entered into ‘Enclave Economy’ Cooperation Framework Agreement
On October 18,Wuqing Development Zone Head Corporation and Shengtian Investment Corporation based in New Building Material Park in No.11 Division of Xinjiang Corps entered into the‘Enclave Economy’Cooperation Framework Agreement.Li Fuguo,Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Wuqing Development Zone Head Corporation and Wei Jiandong,its deputy manager,Ma Jian,Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Shengtian Investment Corporation,Yuan Tiejiang,deputy secretary of its Party Committee and General Manager,and Chen Yanhong,deputy manager of the company,attended the signing ceremony.
It is known that the two parties are to establish an‘enclave economy’partnership and emphatically propel congregated development of the building industry in the No.11 Division based on the principle of‘supplementation of resources between the two places,economic coordinated development and mutual sharing of interests’.Taking its carrier in re-scheduling of the 2-square kilometer land in Phase II of New Building Material Industry Park of the Corps,and by assisting business attraction in Wuqing Development Zone,the agreement takes aim at molding a‘park in the park’or‘park in the zone’dominated by new building materials,equipment manufacturing,information technologies and the like sectors.
According to requirements in Notification on Printing and Releasing of the List as Regards Xinjiang-based Industry Cluster Parks Shored up by State-level Economic and Technological Development Zones released by the Ministry of Commerce in March,2012,Wuqing Development Zone officially commenced its partner assistance to work related with New Building Material Industry Park in No.11 Division.Since its commencement,the Development Zone has been an active figure in interacting with Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and launched exchange and cooperation in such fronts as industrial programs,park planning,business attraction and investment introduction.Wuqing Development Zone is to continue with intensifying industrial connection,talent exchange and project recommendation in an effort to elevate the partnership to a higher level and propel joint expansion and advancement.
