Secondly, formulated and promulgated the standardized epidemic prevention process for enterprises’ returned staff in the hotels, factory dormitories, communities, entry quarantine observation and other links, and put forward clear requirements for the steps of registration, temperature measurement, disinfection and other steps, workshops, canteens, dormitories and other points, personnel contact, air-conditioning cleaning, garbage disposal and other details to achieve the full-time management before, during and after work. Thirdly, comprehensively facilitated on-the-spot training, distribution of information, hanging banners, WeChat push, portal website, Tik Tok APP and other forms of carriers to strengthen the overall knowledge publicity of epidemic prevention, so that enterprise leaders and employees could understand the epidemic prevention requirements of the district committee, park and enterprises.
In order to implement all the standard processes in place and dynamically master the work resumption of enterprises, Wuqing Development Area has also set up a three-level management system of precise prevention and control of"grid commander, grid leader and grid staff", which divided industrial enterprises, building enterprises, commercial enterprises and construction sites into six categories and 20 grids, and realized up and down linkage, information sharing, professional guidance and dynamic supervision. Cars Zongheng (Tianjin) Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was invested and established by the subordinate enterprise of China Academy of Raily Science, and is mainly engaged in R&D and manufacture of railway brake system accessories and new material products. It is an important science and technology enterprise in the development area, as well as a large tax payer with annual tax revenue of more than RMB 10 million. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the Park Epidemic Prevention and Control Command has paid closely attention the enterprises’ trends, and always kept communication services.
