Development Zone convenes Special Session of the Safety Production of Enterprises Involving Dangerous Chemicals
On March 25, Wuqing Development Zone organized to convene special session of the safety production of enterprises involving dangerous chemicals , and the whole team members and the responsible persons of the relevant responsible departments in Development Zone shall take part in the special session.
Wuqing Development Zone convened the special session in order to deeply learn a lesson from the explosion accident of "3.21" dangerous chemicals in Yancheng, Jiangsu. At the session, the secret visit video of leading a team to inspect the safety production work by District Party Committee Secretary XU Datong was played, the indication spirit of the Party Central Committee and State Council and the requirements of the relevant urban leaders were conveyed, and the Work Program of Special Project for the Troubleshooting and Governance of Hidden Danger in the Enterprises Involving Dangerous Chemicals in Development Zone was printed and distributed.
The special session required the enterprises involving the dangerous chemicals shall rapidly formulate a special troubleshooting scheme of dangerous chemicals by combining own actual condition, organize to convene the special session for safety production to learn and convey the spirits at all levels, arrange all work, and shall immediately organize to carry comprehensive and detailed troubleshooting and government of hidden danger to thoroughly eliminate the potential safety hazards.
In the next step, the Development Zone will carry out the full-coverage inspection and supervision without dead angle in the method of the zone responsibility of team members, self-inspection of enterprises and the expert inspection. The Development Zone will instruct to immediately rectify the screened potential accident hazard within the time limit, and order the enterprises which have the major potential accident hazards and couldn\'t guarantee the safety production to suspend the production for reorganization. The whole rectification process of the inspected hidden danger shall be closely supervised till the hidden danger is eliminated.
