Danfoss is selected as one of new batch of \"future factory\"
Recently,the list of new batch of 7"lighthouse factories"has been published in World Economic Forum,and the Danfoss Tianjin factory located at Tianjin Wuqing Development Zone is seleccted,which marks the outstanding achievement and leading position of Danfoss in the industry field.
All selected"lighthouse factories"consent to open the door toward other manufacturing enterprises for the purpose of sharing the successful experience.In 2018,World Economic Forum published 9"lighthouse factories".Nowadays,such network is further expanded to 16 factories.The new"lighthouse factories"selected this time owns wide representativeness in the industry and geographic position,as follows:BMW Group(Germany Regensburg),Danfoss commercial compressor(China Tianjin),Foxconn(China Shenzhen),Rold(Italy Cerro Maggiore),Sandvik Coromant(Sweden Gimo),Saudi Aramco Uthmaniyah gas plant(Saudi Arabia Uthmaniyah)and Tata Steel(Dutch Ijmuiden).
Danfoss Tianjin factory mainly produces the commercial compressors needed in the registration and air conditioning unit,etc.Danfoss successfully improves the quality control system by virtue of full-digital traceability system and intelligent sensor,visual inspection,automatic monitoring system and other digital tools.Within two years,the labor productivity has increased by 30%and the costumer complaint has decreased by 57%.
