Since last year,the development area continues promoting the secondary development,and vitalizes 350,500m2 idle factory through the recovery of idle land,cooperative development,entry supervision,investment promotion connection,etc.The idle land covers an area of 331.24mu.57 carriers are vitalized by introducing Bonanga,United-Power Pharma Tech(UP-pharma)Co.,LTD.,Macrolink,Wallstein,etc.Firstly,complete compiling Management Measures for Lease and Sales of Workshops in Wuqing Development Zone,which specifies the enterprise workshop and the land registration and filing procedures,the real estate lease,sales standards and conditions that the enterprise controls,Secondly,carry out the strategic cooperation with ProLogis,renovate and expand the idle and inefficient workshop and land in the area.Currently,the Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation has been concluded and signed to complete part of idle carrier connection.Thirdly,deeply identify the land and workshop in the park,accumulatively visit and patrol over 170 enterprises,tease and inspect 57 idle and inefficient workshops(about 0.76 million m2),and synchronously update the idle resource database as per the identification condition.Fourthly,organize all investment promotion departments in the park for the field visit of idle,rental and salable carriers held by enterprises in park,and know the actual condition to lay a solid foundation for accurate investment promotion in the future.
In the next step,the development zone will further innovate the secondary development of new model,strive to vitalize the inefficient idle resources,strengthen the management of inefficient land enterprises,and assist the enterprises in customizing the vitalization scheme to promote the intensive and efficient utilization of resources.
